This request is still queued within our backlog. No new details yet.

@Warren / Microsoft - 11 months since the last update, what's the latest please. This feature would make managing our entirely remote workforce MUCH easier so it would be great to hear that you're working on it.

We know you are patiently waiting for this feature. This feature is being implemented in stages. Fast tenant switching is currently in testing both internally and with early customers. We expect to release to the public in the Fall. I’ll post an update once it’s rolling out.

Full multi-tenant, multi-user support will be added after fast tenant switching.

This is essential for anyone working with multiple clients. Please could you provide an update with likely timescales as we're having to live with a lot of workarounds and pain at the moment.

I believe read receipts is going into general release this month. The setting is now available in the Teams admin center under Messaging policies. Worth updating the status of this request Microsoft.

Thanks for following our suggestion to vote this up on SharePoint. It worked! SharePoint has confirmed that they have already started working on this and I’ll be getting an ETA from them after the holidays. -Suphatra

This feature request has been accepted by the feature team and is now on the backlog.
Thank you for all the feedback.

In SharePoint, you have the option to display files in a list, compact list or tile (with thumbnail) view. To be effective, Teams needs this functionality as well. If a folder contains just images, the option to scroll (left / right cursor key) through them would also be very useful.

We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided to us on this forum and thank you for your patience.

Desperate to get this. Our Use Case is that we want a single Team for each client project we deliver, but need some private channels for areas such as Commercial conversations, contracts and so on. We would like to store all this within the Project Team, but can't at the moment as they're sensitive.

We have the same issue for a number of users - some appearing upside down and some at 90 degrees. This is preventing our adoption of Teams as we can't afford to look so daft on calls with clients. Any plans to fix this bug please?

As of today, this is also happening for internal cameras. I had a video call with 6 or 7 people today, all using standard Windows 10 laptops with integrated cameras. 1 person was appearing upside down and one at 90 degrees. This has not happened before, although I've not been on a video call with these specific people before either.

Is there any update on this please? We use a channel for each new bid for work so generate significant numbers of channels. Most are now simply clutter. The archive needs to address the channels, but also the associated files in SharePoint (as the list of folders there is actually the biggest frustration due to the amount of scrolling we have to do when working in SharePoint itself). Hope this comes back up the priority list very soon.
