I can understand why hiding is the default due the volume of Teams / Groups being created. However, Admins NEED a toggle to show or hide them in Outlook. This is a regular requirement, especially in a project-led environment where we need to be able to turn them off when the project finishes to avoid clutter.

I'll be honest, I love the new Files tab now it surfaces most of the functionality from SharePoint (which I only received yesterday). However, it's missing the options to view a document's version history or Publish as a major version. This means our users will still have to 'Open in SharePoint' to properly manage their files which is a massive shame. I don't understand why all other SharePoint functionality has been brought into Teams but not these. Please could you get these included ASAP.

This clear bug has been listed for over a year. Please could someone from Microsoft provide an update as it's preventing full adoption of Teams.

Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    Thanks.

Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:

    - Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook

    - Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams

    - Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

Microsoft - any updates please? We've been on Teams for some time and this is becoming a huge issue as we restructure. As an example, we need to separate our 'Marketing & Business Development' Team into two, but not being able to move channels means we can move files, but not the associated conversations. This is desperately needed to allow organisations to develop with the tools you provide supporting them to do so.

@Warren / Microsoft - 11 months since the last update, what's the latest please. This feature would make managing our entirely remote workforce MUCH easier so it would be great to hear that you're working on it.

As stated in the last update, the ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is being implemented in stages for Desktop. Faster tenant switching functionality on the Windows client has been rolled out to the public ring fully, and Mac will begin rolling out soon. Work is in progress on cross-tenant notification improvements, and support for multiple accounts on desktop will follow. We’ll keep you posted!

Note: The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today.

    Thanks,
    Alex & the Teams team

This is essential for anyone working with multiple clients. Please could you provide an update with likely timescales as we're having to live with a lot of workarounds and pain at the moment.
