    As per https://support.office.com/en-us/article/get-started-with-microsoft-teams-live-events-d077fec2-a058-483e-9ab5-1494afda578a you need "An Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license or an Office 365 A3 or A5 license", so if you have one of these and still cannot create a Live Event, then your IT Admin has disabled it - this is not a feature request.

    Perhaps I am missing something - why can you not simply buy E1 for the users who need to create Live Events instead of Business Premium? I have a bunch of customers < 50 seats who use a mixture of E1 and Business Premium, based on what each user needs access to

    This appears to have been included as a feature update, and now works (i.e. paste alpha-numeric text strings into keypad as DTMF tones mid-call). Running Teams v1.3.00.4461.

    Update from Microsoft voice TSP: Microsoft and Plantronics/Poly, as well as Jabra and other headset brands are aware of the issue and developing a fix. The issue arises from a software fault with both the headset and Teams client (i.e. on both sides).

    "Plantronics/Poly has already released a temporary fix for this issue, applicable to some of their headset models. I can check what’s the status for Jabra, but the Teams-side of the fix is still to come. No confirmed ETA on the fix from Teams-side though."

    @Al - are you sure about that, note that the issue only affects OUTBOUND calls that are being transferred (and calls received from an Office 365 Call Queue are outbound calls from the perspective of the client). I'm still able to reproduce the problem on Teams client using both "Transfer" or "Consult then transfer". Running Teams v1.3.00.2160 and Plantronics Voyager Focus UC v.366.

    If I transfer an INBOUND call (i.e. that came into my direct number, not via a Call Queue) then the double-beep issue post-transfer doesn't occur.
