Hi Everyone – thank you for your patience. As was commented by someone below, Suphatra is no longer at Microsoft, but rest assured we are working on this feature.
This suggestion proves that Uservoice is where ideas go to die or are doomed to purgatory.

This request is still in the works. And it appears most people are interested in the ability to pin multiple items. I’ll circle back to the feature team and give them your additional feedback.
Yes. Prevent Owners from adding unlicensed users to Teams.
Although the idea of auto-licensing a user upon being added to a Team is interesting on the surface, it would create problems for us, as we like to add a Planner license at the same time too.
I think you've misunderstood the suggestion, Bradley. The suggestion is to NOT display users who are not licensed for Teams or are blocked for sign-in in the search.
Currently, the Teams search displays all users in the tenant regardless of licensing or sign-in status. If they exist as a user object, they are displayed.
I agree with this suggestion.
Wanted to let everyone know that the feature team is working on enabling removal of suggested contacts. Will keep you posted as it moves thru rings. Thanks!
This item is still on the backlog.
Its hilarious that custom emoji would prevent people from switching to Teams, but it sure is fun. I guess this is what happens when entire services are backed by SharePoint. :-P
This is in internal testing. I don’t have exact timing for you, but wanted to let you know it is coming!
This feature request is still being reviewed. The team is working hard to make numerous changes with regards to notifications, but they haven’t forgotten about this item.
I hope to have more details soon.
Thank you so much for your support of the product. This request was particularly helpful and we appreciate your engagement in the surveys, comments and forum to help us design this feature. Please continue to submit ideas!
For this item, we’re making great progress. It has now entered TAP validation with a small group of tenants. Will let you know how that goes!
We would like the ability to generate reports based on specific Teams, not just the whole tenant.
The feature is still being worked upon. Many different changes are going into Teams and will provide a slow but steady pace to our performance increases.
I don’t have any new details at the moment but hope to get some additional feedback in the next several weeks.
This feature request is now under review.
I’ll update this topic as we move through the decision process. Thank you for the suggestion.
Yes please - necessary.
