Thank you so much for this feedback. I was actually sitting with a user yesterday who was struggling to add users to a channel because she was typing in names one by one, which is a normal inclination. I showed her that she can put any distribution list into the field (for example, email@example.com) and it would invite everyone who is on that email address. Try it out and let me know if you have any more questions. I’ve also routed this feedback to design so they can implement a sign or something to show people that they can do this.
Thank you for helping us make Teams awesome!
We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided to us on this forum and thank you for your patience.
Is there a forecast of implementation of this improvement on the channels of the Teams?
It is an improvement that has been claimed since 2016 ...
Opening multiple documents at the same time is necessary. Currently it is very cumbersome if you have to edit several documents. Currently it is inefficient.
Integration with Skype Consumer is no longer under review, and officially planned.
When a collaborative tool discriminates against users it ceases to be collaborative. It is cumbersome to have to register an external user to a team to communicate. The situation is further aggravated when a user with a Mac system can not communicate with a public Skype user or with Teams or with Skype for business
It would be interesting to limit the channels of each team according to the assigned members.
