Teams does have some shortcuts you may use.
To see the shortcut list you can click on your user icon within Teams.
From the drop down list go to Keyboard Shortcuts.
A second window will open showing you the available shortcuts that Teams has to offer at this time.
Keep posting feedback.

The keyboard short cuts listed in my Teams app Keyboard shortcuts menu do not match the online shortcuts listed. Particularly, the online shortcuts listed at:
show that "Alt + 4" is for opening Meetings. But my menu in the Teams app shows that"Alt + 4" is used for Open Files.
I don't see a Meetings option in my Teams app and as a result hitting "Alt + 4" in my Teams app is the same effect as "Alt + 3" to Open Teams. I must hit "Alt + 5" to Open Files but wouldn't have know to do so without looking it up online.
