    It looks like some people in the thread below have figured it out — we actually have this. You can start a chat both ways; the system will automatically recognize if this person is on Skype for Business or on Teams.

    so, it is actually possible to contact skype for business users from Teams?
    How do I make it? I have the setting connect to skype for business on positve, but it seems not to work.

    When having connection problems, teams application should not be completely unavailable. It should also not hang open and block the memory of the complete machine.
