    I'm going to add one more suggestion, throw the LifeCam in the trash and go buy something from someone else. I'm also having problems with WebEx.

    Microsoft you totally failed on this one.

    Ideally the format should be something we can sync with Outlook. That way when we create an e-mail, the contact list from our Teams shared list would automatically populate.

    I'll take it a bit further. It would be nice to have a contacts formatted view where we can filter on company name, location, etc.
