This does not even have anything to do with the size of the chat window. The entire conversation randomly decides to scroll back for no logical reason. Not all conversations do it but it sure is annoying!

Thanks for the continued activity on this ticket and showing me this new idea. Can someone please create a new UV idea and rally the troops to vote for it? I love the idea of @here — a good idea for the Presence team.
Note: You CAN @ tag a channel to get the channel’s attention and make it bold so people will look at the channel.
Thank you everyone and have a great Wednesday!
Sincerely,

I need this too. Currently we have a Team with channels dedicated to customers. We also have a Team with channels dedicated to our service offerings. I would like to be able to @mention across teams which I think this generic @mention would resolve?

This is in internal testing. I don’t have exact timing for you, but wanted to let you know it is coming!

Super critical, our company is already shelving Skype of Business and the notifications in Teams are terrible. If I step away I have to go to Teams to see what I missed. I'm too busy to go look for this.

Same issue here with the dark theme. Also unlike Skype there is no easy way to view others active status. I had to create a draft chat to everyone, then make them favorite so I can always see different team members I interact with frequently. However, once in favorite their location never moves. I would like when someone sends me a chat they they are at the top of the list - I should not have to scroll to the bottom to look for who sent a message. Also, I dont know why Teams does not interact with the new W10 notification area. Skype does, Teams should as well since that is where MS wants us to look. If I am not at my computer and I miss the initial notification there is nothing showing me I missed a chat unless I go and look at Teams. There needs to be something in the task bar, or something telling me I missed a message!
Most frustrating thing on the phone. Really, phone requests should not be lumped with general Teams apps since it should be looked at as a different app. Completely different use points.
