This would be great, I can set a guest picture in AAD but it doesn't show up in Teams.

Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.
Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

This would be so helpful. Especially because those deleted conversations just look ugly in the history.

This feature is under review by the feature team. No new feedback at this time.

Reminder in general would be great. Maybe I want to review a certain conversation later this week, I'll have to add a planner tab to the channel or even create a to-do of some sort.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

Great news! We just started working on this for the AUDIO portion. We are still trying to determine feasibility for the video portion of your request.

This should be working via the web client.
Can users confirm if you are still having this issue? Please let me know in the comments below.

Especially important for invited guests who donn't want to get the desktop version installed.
Totally +1 for this feature. Is this in developement at the moment? As the buttons already exist in the webclient...
I can delete a time-off entry for my members but those entries somehow remain at shift group level. They reappear if you print the shift-plan, don't know whats wrong with this feature. It should be possible to just delete an granted time-off request from the shift-calendar without remaining broken artefacts.
