Very important, not just to setup a second organizer but also for situations where someone else manages your calendar and needs to create an meeting for you without being in the meeting.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Cross posting does not meet the need. In larger teams posts will get placed into the wrong channel (too often the General channel) and for keeping topical postings together moving to the correct sub-channel is the correct need vs linking.

Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work improving the Shifts app experience including adding recurring shifts. In the meantime, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to help with some pain-points mentioned:
    1) Make Edits to Your Schedule (Delete, Undo, Minor Copy Edits): Shifts works similarly to Excel in certain regards, so make sure to highlight shifts with your mouse and utilize keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z) to copy, delete, or undo actions. We find it helpful doing this particularly in month view and week view.
    2) Copy Button: Use the copy button on the top right to copy any timeframe you need for the entire schedule.
    3) Search for Shifts in Creation Phase: When creating a shift, utilize the search command to find shifts that have already been created in the past.

We’ll keep you posted when we have more news!

Putting this item under review so we can investigate the scenario. Currently you can use Flow to automate posting. DRI/POC can be maintained in a list or file and message can be sent to Teams channels at designated intervals. For schedules as mentioned you might also consider using the Shifts app inside of Teams. This would provide additional features like shift swapping, activity lists for each shift etc.

This is likely possible via the Teams integration with Flow.

As stated in many other comments, please restore ability to communicate with External Skype users without need for guest account. It is onerous to force external users to register as guest to communicate with us. We must now use Consumer Skype Microsoft Teams has dropped an important Skype for Business feature.

As stated in the last update, the ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is being implemented in stages for Desktop. Faster tenant switching functionality on the Windows client has been rolled out to the public ring fully, and Mac will begin rolling out soon. Work is in progress on cross-tenant notification improvements, and support for multiple accounts on desktop will follow. We’ll keep you posted!

Note: The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today.

    Thanks,
    Alex & the Teams team

I should be able to login in with multiple MSA/AAD accounts within the Teams desktop app or mobile app at one time. Disappointed this wasn't a part of the ability introduced to include multiple tenants associated with one a single MSA/AAD.

Disappointed this feature was not completed before opening up the free tier of Teams, though clearly a critical need even before that took place.

As the last status states, we have been testing for several months.  Although many people have asked for this feature, we received a similar amount of feedback from other users that they prefer the Teams notifications and don’t want them changed.  We are currently testing a feature for users to choose between Teams notifications & Windows notifications.

We will update you as work progresses.

Lack of integration with Window 10 action center continues to be the number one complaint as we roll out Teams.

Hi everyone! If you do not want to use the OneNote Staff Notebook or any of the other default tabs across the various team types, we suggest creating an ‘Anyone’ team instead.

The ‘Anyone’ team will not include any add-ons by default and gives you the flexibility to use Teams however you would like. We understand that there are so many other ways you can use Teams that does not fit the Class/PLC/Staff team template. So ‘Anyone’ will be your best option!

More information on the different team types in Teams for Education can be found here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/choose-a-team-type-to-collaborate-in-microsoft-teams-0a971053-d640-4555-9fd7-f785c2b99e67

Feel free to reply back here if you have additional feedback.

    Thank you!
    Justin

This is a huge need! In an EDU tenant we have so many different scopes to our user population. We want to promote the ability for users to collaborate through their own discovery of teams. Additionally remove the management of team membership which currently forces owners to know of others who should be members or to review membership lists if join with a code is used to remove those who may not have supposed to have joined.
