We have been iterating on different designs and are starting to test internally. I don’t have a timeframe but will keep you posted.
Glad to hear this. Hopefully some great thought went into the usability of this solution.
My team constantly needs reminders that the textbox for creating a new thread is not the same as "replying" to the existing thread. As a result, their replies get shuffled around when other threads are updated.
It should be clearer how a user should be replying to a thread. Otherwise, there's an inconvenient learning curve to adjust the behavior user-side.
We’re pleased to confirm the Teams client for Linux will be available in preview by the end of this calendar year, enabling people who use Linux client at work or in educational institutions to collaborate with others on Teams. Users will be able to install native Linux packages in .deb and .rpm formats.
Thank you very much for reconsidering. It's speaks volumes to this platform that you're listening to this feedback.
As a member of a team of developers, I can tell you that this is very disappointing. Not much reason to keep this as our collaboration tool if we can't use a dedicated client on our primary workstations.
This item is still on the backlog.
Can we get an ETA? This is holding up our production pipeline.
