This feature item is still in the works. We will keep you posted as we have new info from the feature team.
Guys, this is terribly frustrating.
I need to hover or right click on my channel and know EXACTLY who are the members -or favoring the channel.
I get that ins Slack
I get that in very freaking collaboration tool out there.
Why cannot get it in Teams>
If MS is REALLY serious about collaboration, these basic things should be addressed before they become the long line of frustrated comments it is today.
And by the way, this is no Russian GRU White House bots or fake news
This feature is still being reviewed by the feature team. No decision has been made yet. I’ll keep you posted.
If you ever worked in Slack you will understand why there is no actual difference between a CHAT and a CHANNEL.. furthermore since now I use a Private Chat to go around MS TEAMS' inability of providing private channels, having CHATS and CHANNELs in the same pane will allow me to scroll one bar and decide whether what I communicate with is an individual, a group (CHAT) or a focused group (CHANNEL) - whether private or public
Hi everyone, the engineer working on this item has left the company and we’re working on replacing him. I wanted to give you that heads up because the work has paused, which extends our shipping date.
I really appreciate your patience as we work to get this back to actively worked on.
Guys, why is it that you don't reuse the spellchecker and Thesaurus in Office for this?
It's as if Office and Teams are different companies.
I would expect you guys to find your own synergies before people from outside see them.
We are working on a better experience in Teams when a user is not connected to the internet. No timeline to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.
Feature request is still being worked upon.
I need to be able to copy a full swath of a conversation (attachments, pictures and all) from one conversation to another, or to a document.
I can do only one reply at a time. This is inacceptable.

Thank you all for the feedback.
As a Team Owner I need to be able to myself Add or Remove a user to/from a given channel.
That is , I should set or un-set as "Favourite" a channel on that user's behalf - if that is a channel they should not be part of, or if they abuse it.
We have been iterating on different designs and are starting to test internally. I don’t have a timeframe but will keep you posted.

Parity with Slack search, including using regular expressions.
Slack history is used as a repository of tribal knowledge and context.
If you want to make MS teams as "sticky" you need to be able to imbed it into the office culture of your users.

Integrate seamlessly with a calendar of choice such as outlook calendar or Google calendar.
