    This was supposed to release in July, it's been years. How hard can it be to just get it done? You literally have the system in place for call queues, it's not like you're reinventing the wheel.

    Please get it done, we can't keep working around a system that is not fit for purpose.

    How has this still not been implemented? I have to tell our callers every single time to expect the line to go silent for a couple of minutes so they won't hang up while I'm chasing around colleagues to take the call attributable to them.

    This is a STANDARD feature of IP phone systems and is really necessary.

    They also need to speed up the call consultation and transfer process. It takes way too long to connect, and we should have an option to call immediately rather than bring up a chat window and then call.

    This is insane. I even manually renamed the folder in SharePoint, and then Teams just automatically created a new folder with the old name!!

    It is ridiculous that this still hasn't been implemented, it is a standard feature for IP phone systems. Right now whenever I go to transfer a call I have to tell the person that the line will go silent for a couple of minutes to stop them from hanging up!!

    Currently we are asking staff to login to Teams on the meeting room computer via an incognito window. This is not ideal at all!

    We bit the bullet and went from an on-premise AD to Azure AD for our computers and now looking at moving the files up so we're not maintaining an overly complex system, but it's the many many small things like this that are missing that is going to make administering Teams for use as our file system the way management wants absolute ****.

    Without this passing off a project or a client from one team to another is practically impossible. You would expect that functionality would at least be on-par with a company shared drive?!

    Hurry up with this stuff please, Microsoft.

    Why do they always miss key functionality like this?! You can create a public channel, a private channel but can't change between them?!

    What if we had a public channel that needed locking down one day?
