The image processing is the worst I have ever seen. Teams cannot handle poor lighting conditions at all. We tested on the same hardware and connection as Cisco Webex and even forced webex down on a similar bitrate, but still the quality was so much better. They use a great processing of the image and deliver an evenly lit scene with good detail and no noise. With Teams there is flickering all over and so much noise and everything is just a mess :-(

Teams works okay, but the video quality is so poor. It's almost embarrassing for us to present meeting rooms for our executives based on Teams because the video quality on a great day is running 720p with a bitrate of 1Mbps, where we have invested in high quality hardware and 4k cameras and everything.

Also the image processing is the worst I have ever seen. Teams cannot handle poor lighting conditions at all. The guest cannot edit the picture, but the IT department can. I uploaded a picture to a guest account in Azure AD and 2 days later the picture now appears in Teams. There is quite a delay, but it does work. This should probably be changed so that it requests that the user can change their picture without involving IT.

We desperately need this. There are just too many ways for our users to not hear their calls. Busylight or similar products is the only real solution to this problem.
