I have to go to Outlook to block out time for myself on the calendar bc Teams requires an attendee. Remove min. one attendee requirement pls.

Having an preference to be notified if a meeting I am scheduled to attend has started and I haven't joined it might be something I would use, but otherwise this feature is not helpful.
