Yes why is this not already available? Seems quite obvious. Should provide a link to sync to OneDrive.

Currently the steps to do this are:
    1) Select a Channel
    2) Select Files
    3) Select Open in SharePoint (consider for a moment why you did not just start with a SharePoint site...)
    4) Select Sync

Need link from Teams Site to SharePoint created site as well. Absolutely nonsense that these are siloed. They should be two equal entry points to the team workspace both with links to one another. or is Microsoft Teams not a team player?

A SharePoint site is created for every Team Site. The SharePoint site has more functionality.

Currently there is no link to the SharePoint team site from within Microsoft Teams. This is dumb.

Without having the full functionality within the Microsoft Teams app - and without having means to link to and from the Teams app to SharePoint site - makes this all a mess.

There is not enough functionality to make it useful. For instance - the control of access via Teams is simplistic looking - within SharePoint you have full options. So you need to provide a link within Teams to get to the SharePoint instance where we have more options. That OR BUILD IT INTO TEAMS.

Without having an integrated platform - Microsoft Teams will be another wasted effort for all. Both those that have developed and those that have attempted to use it.

Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:

    - Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook

    - Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams

    - Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

See this post for more information:

    Thanks!

Currently Conversations in Outlook =! Conversations in Microsoft Teams. Totally separate things. Very very confusing. So now we have another place where a conversation can get lost. Team Site Conversations, Team Group Conversation via Outlook, email... etc.

Also - not a way to use Teams fully online. Must have the desktop app. This makes the tool unusable. Want my boss to access Team Site via the SharePoint link; however, that does not give full functionality. SO NOW WHAT?

This is yet another obstacle in attempting to use Teams.

    "Microsoft-fuzzy-integration" becoming a known term.
