I think this discussion relates to what we need: a Team calendar that has standing, key milestones/meetings (like tax season and board meetings) that could invite others to the event so it could go to other people's calendars. For each event, there would be links to any appropriate background. It would be a simple, familiar, and manageable way to organize the 20-30 events per year as opposed to using Planner or the another project software. Since these would essentially be stand alone events, there is no need for the inter-connectivity capability of project software.
Can this be done or are we waiting for MS? I really don't like the idea of working through a work around and then repeating/checking everything with the final solution.
