We have been iterating on different designs and are starting to test internally. I don’t have a timeframe but will keep you posted.Pedro commented
This is indeed a problem. I have 90% of our personnel creating new conversations instead of responding to existing ones. Creating a new conversation should have a + sign, or something along those lines, instead of being the default. Starting a new conversation should also have a default "subject" option enabled. Maintaining threads instead of text message groups is a key usability feature that has a severe design flaw at this time. Please address it.
We know you are patiently waiting for this feature. This feature is being implemented in stages. Fast tenant switching is currently in testing both internally and with early customers. We expect to release to the public in the Fall. I’ll post an update once it’s rolling out.
Full multi-tenant, multi-user support will be added after fast tenant switching.
How very unfortunate. Account switching while remaining signed in should've been solved at an office 365 level since 2010 and is affecting the core of our companies' abilities to operate and communicate effectively. Google figured this out eons ago and is a core reason why we use it for a few startups. We truly wish MSFT would give this item the level of priority it deserves.
