We are getting closer… the team is almost ready to rollout MacOS notification support internally for testing – we hope to have it to the public by the end of this quarter.
Thanks!

Notifications do not currently follow the appropriate Accessibility API standards for macOS apps.
Notifications should not be assigned the AXStandardWindow subrole. Something different should be used such as AXDialog, see https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appkit/nsaccessibilitysubrole?language=objc#declarations

Performance has been and continues to be a big focus area for Teams. One main area we have made improvements in is responsiveness for the most frequent user actions of switching between Chat, Channel, and Activity. We are also focused on reducing resource consumption and application load time. More improvements are on the way.

We’re updating our command library all the time, so keep checking the menu in the command box to see what’s new by typing / or @.

Wonderful. Can this be released soon so Teams better follows the macOS Accessibility API instead of assigning notifications the AXStandardWindow subrole?
