Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. In the desktop client, guests are able to take remote control of your screen. Currently, Guest control via the web browser is on the backlog.

Putting this item under review so we can investigate the scenario. Currently you can use Flow to automate posting. DRI/POC can be maintained in a list or file and message can be sent to Teams channels at designated intervals. For schedules as mentioned you might also consider using the Shifts app inside of Teams. This would provide additional features like shift swapping, activity lists for each shift etc.

Genuinely think this should be considered as I hear people say that they don’t want to share their video because they are tired, not their best or haven’t bothered to put make up on. I wouldn’t suggest ‘rabbit ears’ but I think an option of a subtitle ‘smoothing effect’ skin filter would be well received by many
