As a general status I’m going to flag this as “on the backlog”.

However, here is the list breakdown for you all. :)

    1) Image embedding.
    -This is supported!

    2) Better Copy & Paste
-I would think is is asking for copy and paste between sections – this is -“on the backlog”

    3) Better Alerts,
-If this is a request for notification when someone changes a section you “own” or “follow” this is “on the backlog”

    4) Why isn’t there an equally capable Modern app.
-Not being considered at this time.

    5) Editing functions are terrible.
-This is “on the backlog” but making good progress… hope to have more details in the near future to share.

    6) Hyperlinks not recognized.
    -This should be fixed already.

    7) The burger icon is so small (to expand the list of Wiki’s), couldnt find with a microscope. Make is screen- size dependant. Larger than…

Totally agree - I've been experimenting with moving off of an old SharePoint Foundation 2013 server that was primarily used as a wiki to Microsoft Teams Wiki, and it's just missing far too much. Right now if I make a minor mistake there's not even an "Undo" to go experiment with different types of formatting. I've been trying to copy old tables over with a simple list of links and descriptions, and it keeps coming across as garbage. I get it close, and then one minor mistake and the entire column goes out of whack. I think I'm going to consider the team OneNote direction instead for now at least.

This feature request is working its way through the backlog queue. No new details are available yet.

Any more recent updates on this? We have a SharePoint 2013 Foundation server set up for our small team, and while it's extremely important to us as our main process and document library, it's also a little wasteful to have two dedicated servers for us to manage (Prod and QA). If there was a clear path to migrate that site to a O365 Sharepoint or Teams site, I think we'd do it in a heartbeat.
