The now 1-year older me wants to say thank you for a function that should have been there from day 1.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

This is not good news. This is not what we are asking for. I do not, will not, ever, use Teams for personal communications. That’s what I have FaceTime for. I’m not going to go through the hassle of setting my parents up on Teams so they can talk to their grandkids.
I do however want to use Teams for our tenant, the two sister companies we have, and the 501(c)3 I volunteer at. As someone a lot dummer than me once said, “Come on man!”

This is a big issue for us. It's been almost 9 months since the last update. Can we please have a status report? Thank you.

I don’t understand. Excel is green, Word is blue, PowerPoint is “burnt orange”, I think. I get it. Your people don’t like purple, not my choice either, but out of all the things Teams needs, this is at the bottom. Tell your users to grow-up and deal with it.

There are several horrible UI/UX decisions made by Microsoft. This is one of many, and sad we have to present this as a 'request to fix'.

Who cares what the technical aspects are. Not our problem as a paying customer. Just make it happen.
