    It would be nice if the UI made Pinned items accessible via a panel/drawer that slid into view while keeping the current channel in the focus. The current search panel interface would probably suffice. The button to display these should be prominent, not hidden two clicks into a menu. Maybe three buttons tucked in next to the search box: "My Pins in this channel" | "Team Pins in this channel" | "All my Pins (global)" using whatever appropriate icons. A nice advanced move would be the ability to then do context-specific search on your pins. Ideally users would be able to have Pinned items in private chats too. If Pinned items are implemented correctly the would probably make Saved (currently buried under the profile picture menu for some reason) redundant. Or simply call Pinned items Saved, but please don't have both terms in play.
