Thank you for your feedback! Our team is currently working on a significant update to add a broader and more diverse selection of emojis to Teams. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
The ability to add custom emojis and custom reactions is still under review, and we will share an update as soon as one is available.

This would be a huge benefit added to Teams. Now I need to use remote assist to be able to do this. As an admin, most of the time when I am helping someone, I am required to install or configure something that requires admin credentials. Remote assist allows me to see this prompt but Teams does not. We are a total Teams shop - including calling. It would make sense that if I am talking on the phone with the user, and they can share their screen with me to show me the issue, that I could fix the issue right there. instead, I need to use a different tool (remote assist) to be able to do what needs to be done. Please add this to the product.

Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

This is crazy! A busy signal? I absolutely love Microsoft and I really love Teams, but c'mon - this isn't 1989. I can't remember a time that I have heard a busy signal on anything other than a line or system that wasn't functioning correctly. On a business voice system and the best you can come up with is to give the caller a busy signal. That is just horrible.
I have busy on busy turned on for my customer service group because the calling queue that they are part of just keeps sending them calls, even though they are still on the phone. setting busy on busy is the only way I could get the queue to stop "ringing in their ear". Now, no one can leave them voicemail because they are always on the phone.
PLEASE FIX!!!

In a corporate environment, I can't understand why you would not want to send phone calls to voicemail. This should be the logical default. To have calls simply disconnect is not good business in today's world.

Adding any emoji as a reaction remains under review.
I am marking this as partially done to let you know a new reactions bar with Like, Heart, Laugh, Surprised, Sad, and Angry has begun rolling out to all users.

This feature would be an absolute great enhancement. Especially if you want this to be embraced by IT workers in a corporate environment.
