You should experience significant improvements in copy & paste of images within Teams, as well as to & from Teams. We are aware of a few remaining issues, but the most common cases are resolved.
Thanks again for your patience on this one.

My thoughts exactly. The last thing we need is yet another chat-based app to make things even more confusing between Skype, Teams and Kaizala. Why does Microsoft create seemingly competing products under the same subscription?

We really should be able to chat and call guests. Other video chat platforms such as Zoom and GoToMeeting allow to easily call guests who don't own the app. Guests should be able to join without having a Microsoft account. This is seriously lacking right now. It sucks to have to purchase a 3rd party video chat software when we already have Teams AND Skype for Business but neither can do what every other competitor can.

I have been putting up with this issue for a long time thinking that it would eventually get fixed but now it is getting ridiculous. Teams can do almost everything but I can't simply copy/paste an image into a chat conversation? Or copy/paste an image from Teams into another program?
We use Teams for technical support and we send each other screenshots all the time.
