Work has been done by the team to add support for partial strings. They are continuing to work on improving the experience.

Having partial string matching is essential. Perhaps use quoting or wildcards for exact/inexact matches. F.x. 'snap' = only that word, while snap is any word containing snap, and*snap* / *snap is any word starting / ending with snap.

In our 4K+ org, I see people doing the mistake of starting a new conversation, instead of replying to the last conversation - ALL THE TIME. It is really, REALLY annoying.
Almost every other #some UI uses a ( + ) button to start a new conversation. -

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

Win+Ctrl+T appears to be unused and could bring up a Teams context "menu".
If you are in a call - it could show Mute/unMute, Camera/no Camera and Leave
