@Robin, you are right. Weird. The interaction changes when theres only a general channel.
1. Switch to a team with only a General Channel, it defaults to the general conversation.
2. Switch to a team with more than 1 channel, it doesn't default to the general channel and actually, unexpected, stays on the previous Team.
This is why some of our users are posting in the wrong places.

Hi Anthony, perhaps that is a better idea. Forms is already integrated and has the survey concept down.
Is Forms capable of having a selection based on a configurable calendar? i.e. 20 people can book for Session 1 on this date and time and 20 people can book on Session 2 on a different date and time.
We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers.
