I am not sure if this is based on corporate policy, but I don't remember having this issue on my personal machine and it only started when getting a work laptop. The activity timer is totally inaccurate. I literally am only Activity when typing or moving the mouse. As soon as I stop it switches to away instantly.
At this point presence is useless as I have to manually set my status to properly allow coworkers to know I am present.
We need to be able to set a timer which indicates some sort of custom timer before it switches to away or the default setting needs to more lengthy. In Skype for Business I normally set this to 15-30 minutes and it worked fine.J supported this idea ·
