    We're in the middle of an Exchange migration.
    The initial migration failed and created duplicate mailboxes (don't want to get into the whole story)

    However, the fix that is working is to un-assign the Business Standard license which forces you to un-assign the Team's Conference license as well.

    The problem with this is every time you un-assign a Team's license and re-assign it it generates a new Conference ID#

    This is a MAJOR Issue for us.

    This is requiring user's to go into Outlook and manually update hundreds of re-occurring meetings with their newly Generated Conference ID#

    At this point, we're considering canceling Teams and moving over to Zoom or GoToMeeting.
    It's ridiculous there's not an option to statically assign Conference ID#'s to users.

    I understand one concern would be avoiding duplicate Conference ID#'s.
    However, this can be handled on the developers side by running a check to see if one already exists and reject creating a duplicate. Of course this is just me thinking out loud.

    PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
