Seriously , You know Microsoft Apps on IPad are Terrible , when you can’t :
-Add a virtual Background In MS Teams (Zoom Had this feature for more than 18 months... smh)
-Change the order Of the teams (Imagine Having to use a Desktop just so that you can arrange your teams)
    -Download Attendance Report in teams
    - Have The Office Apps within team to avoid going to the app (Like in the desktops)
    - Lack of advanced Features in MS word
    - You can’t make a Table of Contents in MS word for iPad (apple Pages had this feature since iOS 10 which released 4 yrs ago... )
    - You can’t properly export it into PDF.. smh
    - Can’t Hyperlink to Another Page ...
-Add Gradients for bg’s and stuff...
-Lack of Formatting (Seriously, I’ve learned this the hard way , when I sent my colleague a document I made with Word, and send him the word file , it was horrendous on His PC and looked nothing like in my iPad)
    - Bad UI for Apps like MS word and Teams...

TL;DR: Microsoft Has not improved their apps significantly as a lot of features are still missing , I would’ve just been happy if they just copy/pasted their desktop apps to iPad ,
Right now , I went to alternative apps and I now use Pages instead of Word and then exports it into PDF , I use Keynote instead of PPT, However , It’s not perfect..
    I use Slack/Zoom instead of Teams ....
There’s still more Ridiculous Bugs and Limitations, that I would never use MS apps ever again ...
For A company who’s the Biggest “Software” company, It seems Microsoft doesn’t care about It’s iPad User-base...
