Glad I'm not the only one. Teams seems to work with a BT headset as long as the headset was connected before you launch teams. If you launch teams and then connect a headset then it won't show as an available audio device. The only fix is to force close the app and reopen with the BT headset already connected.
Today I had a new problem where teams locked my BT headset in call mode. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't use my headset for audio in any other app, but as soon as I force closed teams the headset went back to functioning correctly. It had been 12 hours since I was last in a teams call on my mobile. Cycling BT, re-pairing did nothing, only force closing teams fixed the issue.
