Ideally, we would like to set a policy to record all external calls (inbound and outbound) and video meetings. Calls at the very least. I would love to be able to drop my current softphone provider and migrate that service to Microsoft, but I can't until this is available. The Compliance Lords set the rules in the world of finance.
Furthermore, I don't need anything fancy like transcription or duplication, just a simple policy-based, cloud-stored recording. Again, audio only would do for now.
