    Like other IT professionals who have already commented, this has happened to me increasingly over the past 12 months - I spend a lot of time transcribing/copying oral & written "direct contact" Teams conversations with users into our Service Desk. A "selective visibility" control inside the app would be useful... and/or perhaps "hooks" from Teams into the major (ITIL compliant) Service Desk products...? We can't control human behaviour, but hopefully the technology can help...! ;-)
