I have an enterprise Teams phone implementation with the C450HD. The phones drop out constantly. Some work, some don't. Some are offline and can't be updated. A restart will fix some, others need a hard reset. At this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE TEAMS PHONE SYSTEM TO ANYONE. I've been dealing with this nightmare for 2 months now and since we've already invested in the system, we can't go back. The response I get from support is that it's a known issue and a fix is coming. And until then I have a marginally usable phone system and a lot of upset users.
