MS teams is half baked. It is a terrible product being pushed by a company that is in decline
Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.
It often uses more memory than VS 2019
I would not expect Microsoft to fix it, over the last decade they have been in decline
Multi-window chat is in testing. I hope to have great news regarding rollout to the public rings soon.
We are working to ensure that multi-window and other future multi-window experiences are of the highest quality when they release.
Microsoft teams is the best way to send the wrong person a message they should not have seen

Why can't we rename the General channel as we can with other channels. We can rename any other channel that we create under a team. Surely it must be easy to present the same option to all channels instead of restricting just one of them?
At the very least, let us hide this General channel in favour of the channels that we actually want to see

This should be limited since corporate information is not always allowed to be individually exportable by users. If this is administrative, it is fine but please don’t default allow for the average user
It's so annoying that it's making me miss Jabber. It's "let's go back to Slack" level of annoying.
