I found that if you don't give it enough time and paste a new picture (e.g. from snipping tool) it fails, if you give it a few seconds it helps. I think teams is uploading int he background but requires the image to not be replaced in the "source" app.

this is very frustrating that i cannot disable screens shared by the presenter on my phone. if the quality is poor it prompts to switch to audio only but when i clicked that nothing happened. but i want to prevent it in the first place as i don't want to use the video data on my phone. i use my computer for the video (although having problems joining meetings there).

This feature request has moved to the planning stage. There have also been several small updates that have gone out already, as well.

I’ll keep you posted as I hear more about coming updates.

Really need a way to search for multiple words that are not consecutive, be able to put exclusions e.g. Word1 Word2 -BadWord

Also really need a way in the search window to limit the scope to particular people, similar in outlook where you can do from:person1 or to:person2

This feature request has now moved to “working on it”. The team is actively working on this request and I will share more details as they become available.

#3 is definitely a huge problem, skype, skype for business and outlook do this well but its almost impossible to find important conversations in teams. it would b enice if the search result showed the entire convesration thread that included the search match, not just the single message.
