Pinning the entire document library is supported today. Learn more here, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-a-sharepoint-page-or-list-to-a-channel-in-teams-131edef1-455f-4c67-a8ce-efa2ebf25f0b.
We currently do not support pinning a specific folder, but we are considering this feature.

Bump!
I'd like to hear an official response on this one as this is roadblocking some of my customers
Use Case
- members upload files in posts
- team owner goes to Files tab and rename some files and moves them into foldersResult
- existing posts with those attached files no longer preview the file (basically you get an error)John Tropea shared this idea ·

It's Teams / Office online putting the lock on it. Closing out doesn't release the lock, you
have to wait 5-10 minutes then rename. Annoying and an issue many have complained
about. -

I agree!
When in the planner app from my tasks you can click on a task and above the name of the task it has link to the planner the task is in. Once there you can click a drop-down to see the channel the planner lives in and the team name (these are not clickable though)
So basically we are asking for the same My tasks functionality from the planner app within Teams

Let's get some more votes on this one
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/please-stay-marked-unread/m-p/1381553
Anyone know of any updates on this -
SUMMARY
In Outlook you can mark a message unread
- when you click on that message, and then click to another message, it marks as read
- but in the options you can stop this automatic mark as read, which means a message will only mark as read if you manually click it so
Reason - In Teams my unread messages in the activity feed keep automatically marking as read throughout the day as I roam around Teams ...this causes me to miss and forget about stuff I need to look at or action
