    As a consultancy company we have guest accounts in multiple customer organizations, and during internal status calls between myself and colleagues working for the same customer it would be quite useful to switch to our guest access for that customer to see tasks and calendars.

    We need organisation-wide contact availability overviews in order to successfully move away from Skype for Business, and it's tedious work trying to achieve this per-user.
