    Thank you so much for your feedback! My name is Amir and I am a product manager in the Shifts team. This must be frustrating to get so many notification and I apologize for that. Did you try to disable your mobile notification for activities coming from the Shifts app within Teams? Is this issue mostly on desktop. We will add your ask to our backlog.

    Had to double-check the date on the 'working on it' update - December 2018!

    When will this be ready please - unless the team are still on holiday since then, in which case do you have any jobs going :)

    Completely agree with this - especially as I have strange situation with a customer's tenant whereby not one but two wiki tabs are created with each channel (so double the removal effort!)

    Adding my voice and my vote to this.

    I'm currently in the process of setting up various teams and channels for a customer, and the inability to delete and/or rename the general channel is a massive limitation. And as others have said, surely a relatively easy change to make.

    At the very least the user community deserves an explanation / rationale for why the product team has declined this suggestion.

    Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

    The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
