We learned the hard way with call queues. We have 37 offices, each one has a receptionist. No way I was going to roll this out to all those offices. The delay is very disruptive for our staff and also the customer. No option for music on hold either - that's phone system 101. Dumping Teams calling and going with Broadsoft Cloud PBX and pure SIP phones.
