I chat with myself between desktop and mobile by using "Meet Now" on Desktop, then the mobile app instantly shows me the option to join the meeting. When I do that, I can then choose to join and remain in the meeting on the desktop as well, or join and boot my desktop presence. Pretty slick. Allows me to show my screen from the phone to the desktop for various testing scenarios.

This idea is just bad all around. So loose, unrealistic, and subjective. #2 would annoy the **** out of a large percentage of users. Don't make me use Teams to access my OneDrive.

In #1, you think an app (i.e. Teams) can just wrangle in that many different technologies as if they're just little tiny building blocks, and then take over as the authoritative deity for them all (even SMS???)? Extremely shortsighted and waste of breath:).
