Sending and receiving SMS messages from the teams issues phone numbers should be an absolute requirement and needs to be enabled ASAP. In this day and age, a user who has a phone number that is not able to receive SMS messages is a lot of missed opportunities. 80% of my business communication is done using SMS and not having SMS included means teams will not work as our communication platform.
We’re currently working on defining a compact mode experience. I will post more details when we have more to share.
We know you are patiently waiting for this feature. This feature is being implemented in stages. Fast tenant switching is currently in testing both internally and with early customers. We expect to release to the public in the Fall. I’ll post an update once it’s rolling out.
Full multi-tenant, multi-user support will be added after fast tenant switching.

@Suphatra Any ETA on when this will be possible. One thing I didn't see anyone else mention is that this has been a standard feature in the Slack app since they started.
And as @Nikolas stated, if Teams is supposed to take over for email as our standard communication channel, it needs to be ubiquitous and accessible to all.
