The feature team has this on their backlog officially now. We don’t have any timing to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.
Thanks,

@Warren, I don't think this request and the one you linked are the same. The linked suggestion is asking for drive mode features in teams. I personally want teams to integrate with the two most popular Auto apps rather than do their own thing.

Important request to be serious about calling and chat. I want full integration with these features for Android Auto.

+100 on this. It seems like such basic functionally to tie into Exchange or the MS Graph to be able to quickly access your co-workers in the contact list.

The team is reviewing possibilities in this space but does not yet have a date on this. We will update when there is news to share.

We recently starting using Teams as our phone system for some of our associates and these are some of the pain points when working with 3rd party integration.

I can't believe this suggestion isn't on fire! Being able to add a website similar to the method we use to add on as a tab would save the need for so many other apps since many of use just want to use teams as 'command central' for our day rather than jumping between the browser and Teams.

This would be great! Also include LinkedIn contacts if integrated with Outlook so you can have access to your entire contact directory.

Agree 100% on this. It should use the same contact list as Outlook as well as the Azure AD so that we can maintain one enterprise contact list and one personal list.

The feature team is investigating how we can build this in the Teams admin center.

I was able to correct this recently by disabling SfB for inbound calling. There was a process to turn off hybrid mode. I think this is a temporary state until all functionality is moved to teams and you can turn off SfB for all users.

Also, would be great to get some of the PBX data like answered, unanswered call for users who have PSTN. While I wouldn't hold on these features things like identifying frequent transfer recipients to indicate a possible option to put in call routing and menus to avoid distractions.

I would suggest starting with capturing all the same date that is ow captured for Skype for Business related to call, chats and meeting.
As this goes forward perhaps using the data to nudge around activity--like keeping connections fresh or around excessive use.

Has anybody seen an update on this one? Agree with the comments that the lastname-first name is impersonal and deleting the front portion is pretty annoying.

When I @Smith, Bob I need to go back to delete the last name so I don't look like an idiot. The conversations should be conversational and default to a name we would actually use.

At this point I would just appreciate proper Bluetooth support so I mute and unmute my call in Teams like any other phone call. I should be able to be on a call completely hands free and not trying to target a tiny little mic icon.
