    Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work improving the Shifts app experience including adding recurring shifts. In the meantime, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to help with some pain-points mentioned:
    1) Make Edits to Your Schedule (Delete, Undo, Minor Copy Edits): Shifts works similarly to Excel in certain regards, so make sure to highlight shifts with your mouse and utilize keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z) to copy, delete, or undo actions. We find it helpful doing this particularly in month view and week view.
    2) Copy Button: Use the copy button on the top right to copy any timeframe you need for the entire schedule.
    3) Search for Shifts in Creation Phase: When creating a shift, utilize the search command to find shifts that have already been created in the past.

    Being able to assign colours to varies requests is really important to be able to use

    This has made if VERY difficult having just created a new team (without it being a group first). There is no easy access to the group calendar now, which makes 'selling' the idea to a group of non-technical users frustrating. It would be REALLY helpful to have a fix for this!

    Hey everyone — Suphatra’s back! And I’m on the case with this item.

    I talked to engineering and I think they don’t understand this request. The requests says “Admin App” — do you mean Admin Center? The O365 portal?

    Also, what exactly do you envision for central administration — for example — what can you do now, can’t do, and would like to do with this new feature.

    Your feedback will help me get the team to put more resources into this. Thank you!

    You can integrate Microsoft Planner or Trello as a tab in any channel in Teams. Just click the little + sign in your channel’s tabs section, and choose Planner or Trello from the pop-up window.
