We are getting closer, and are still working thru some bugs, but hope to release this as part of a Public Preview pack in early 2021! (Windows 10 released with the December 2020 pack this week)

Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on this feature as well as doing work to give users the choice to open Word/Excel/PowerPoint files by default in Browser, Office app or inside the Teams app. We will share an update here as soon as one is available.

We are looking into making Teams available in the Apple Volume Purchase Program, which may also include Mac App Store. We will post an update here when it’s available.

The team has updated the default sound for Teams notifications so it is more noticeable. We are in final testing, with a goal to release the new sound by the end of this quarter.

I would suggest that for something like Jira you probably want changes only, there's not necessarily a need for information which hasn't changed to be repeated. As well this information should take up as much as the width as it needs, there's nothing else there.
Also, there's no need for a "View in ..." button, the title should just be a link including the ticket number as well & there's a timestamp below the username which again could use space to the right.
