The team site should be able to scale with the team and project they are working on. Surely you made this modular in the way the conversation could be re-assigned to a different channel?

This feature request is working its way through the backlog queue. No new details are available yet.
It is recommended that you try adding the other SP pages as tabs within Teams.
If you feel this doesn’t meet your needs, please leave comments summarizing your usage scenario and why it doesn’t work.

Good news, this feature is partially done. :)
Planner tasks can now be copied to other plans. To copy a task, click on the “…” menu on the task. From there, you can select a different plan to copy the task to.
We need a way to copy / move tasks between channels in a team and across teams. Teams re-organize and tasks evolve.
Comments on tasks should flow directly into the channel Converstations. Please include a link to the task and some context with the comment when posting to the Converstations (i.e. the task title)
