When a team is created and a sub channel is made, the team members are added to the sub channel.

While there are possible cases where team members should be in the sub channel, there are other probable cases where some team members do not need to be a particular sub channel, but still be a part of the team.

Creating a specific members to be a new team generates a new sharepoint, which is an unnecessary use of resource.

Currently my company is in transition from slack to teams.

One feature on slack that does not appear obvious to me is the ability to switch from one channel to the next.

In slack pc desktop app, the shortcut control k allowed users to quickly change the active chat from one channel to another and even allowed users to switch to direct message to other user.
