Clicking on the join button in an Outlook reminder takes you to the browser to launch Teams today. The work to bypass the browser and directly launch Teams is being worked on. We’ll update when we have more details.

on the backlog  ·  Warren responded

As a general status I’m going to flag this as “on the backlog”.

However, here is the list breakdown for you all. :)

    1) Image embedding.
    -This is supported!

    2) Better Copy & Paste
-I would think is is asking for copy and paste between sections – this is -“on the backlog”

    3) Better Alerts,
-If this is a request for notification when someone changes a section you “own” or “follow” this is “on the backlog”

    4) Why isn’t there an equally capable Modern app.
-Not being considered at this time.

    5) Editing functions are terrible.
-This is “on the backlog” but making good progress… hope to have more details in the near future to share.

    6) Hyperlinks not recognized.
    -This should be fixed already.

    7) The burger icon is so small (to expand the list of Wiki’s), couldnt find with a microscope. Make is screen- size dependant. Larger than…

Wiki seems to be a classic wiki in that it heavily relies on markup which limits its accessibility. In a team environment you want information to be added/updated as easily as possible. Atlassian understood this when they made Confluence which is why it has been so successful. In Teams I prefer One Note rather than Wiki because even though I find the former a bit clunky it is easier to produce a basic page with some screenshots and the like.

Maybe team calendars could be integrated with the Meetings item on the left hand side? Each calendar could be listed and selectable on/off. Its always nice to have one place to go to see what's scheduled for the day.

Agree. One of the problems with using a website tab for this is you get the group header and menu items (Conversations, Calendar, Files, Notebook, etc) which is superfluous so takes up space unnecessarily and may cause confusion.

In Office 365 Planner there is the "My Tasks" menu item which lists all assigned tasks including those set via Teams (Planner tabs).

Please add similar functionality to Teams. Suggest on the left hand side so that all tasks are shown regardless of team or channel.

I would like to be able to see all cards under the General channel for the team, and under other channels only cards relating to that channel. This could be done by filtering on labels/colours as per the suggestion.
