Thanks to everyone who volunteered for testing the Office 365 group calendar. The TAP team will be reaching out as we are closer to being ready.
This feature request is working its way through the backlog queue. No new details are available yet.
Let's include http / https integration with this as our internal portal uses sharepoint but bc its http, i can't share the url from an internal portal page.
This is still in the works. I don’t have a timeline yet, but I hope to have some more details to share in the coming weeks.
I know how important this and am working on getting more feedback for you.
I'd like to take a link from our internal portal (which runs off sharepoint) but cannot bc the portal leverages http instead of https.
This request has been declined by the feature team.

Perhaps this is helpful:
For me, I run an ERG and it would be ideal to have everyone have access to the greater ERG Team but then only specific people who are active participants in each channel can participate in those channels. This becomes an issue when say for one channel i want to reach out to just 20 people and have to tag individually instead of @channel because @channel is the number of people who are on the team (nearly 100). People could get read-only access so they can see the channels but not be tagged/engaged/notified unless they are members of it.
This would be great. For me, I run an ERG and it would be ideal to have everyone have access to the greater ERG Team but then only specific people who are active participants in each channel can dip in / out there. (If there is a way to have a subscriber access, so you can get updated but not participate, that would be ideal). Right now, I have 20 people on our soccer team but I don't want to ping everyone individually or tag the channel bc that tags everyone on the team (now almost 100).
I’m switching the status to Partially Done.
The request for a Preview Team is still in the works. No new information is available at this time.
