I can't believe this doesn't have more votes. I showed a friend who had been using Skype For Business the Discord app and they now do all internal communication through that.
Create skype calls and meetings is ok for scheduled events and external use cases, but for internal communication nothing tops Discord for low barrier to entry voice chat.

I want skype for business in Teams, but I want persistent voice more than any other feature. Discord is marketed as a gaming social platform but the persistent voice chats there allow the casual collaborative environment that could make Microsoft Teams THE killer app.
